Our founder is a lifelong foodie and has dedicated her career to transforming the global food system and curbing climate change. She studied food and agriculture in Italy, and began her career working with small farmers in the tropics to improve the way they grow coffee, cocoa and tea. She has helped businesses make more responsible choices around sourcing food ingredients and reducing deforestation. Alongside that, she is a mother of two children who, like most kids, absolutely love ice cream.

Living in Marylebone, she noticed something missing. There are plenty of great cafés and restaurants, but nothing that felt truly welcoming for families. And, when her kids pleaded for an ice cream, the only option was a prepackaged lolly from the corner shop.

Sticks & Cones brings those worlds together. A love of great food, a belief in doing things properly, and a desire to create a neighbourhood place where people can slow down and enjoy time together.
